Enable "New Order" Alert

If ON, an alert sound is played whenever a new order is received
Enable "Started Cooking" State

If ON, individual item in the order can set it to "Started Cooking" state and then to "Done" state. If OFF, individual item in the order would directly be set to "Done" state
